Dr. Segarra is an excellent pulmonologist. He prescribes meds based on patient needs. He orders tests, etc that assist in diagnosis. I trust him and that means a lot.

I have a complicated health history and several pulmonary conditions. Dr. Segarra explains test results and their implications very well and does not rush me out the door.

Lol. Touting his Air Force credentials. When he was at Keesler AFB, he was hardly at the hospital teaching. We finally figured he was doing his moonlight job during the DAY at Gulfport Memorial hospital. In fact, the AF residents even did a video at their annual dinner joking about the "invisible Dr. Segarra" walking around the hospital with an AF cap hanging off a fishing line on a pole. Then in the early 2000s, he becomes a multi-millionaire making diagnoses of patients with asbestosis AND silicosis (very rare). Highly suspicious. Check it out on Google.
