Manoj Shah's Online Review Report Card

If your needing a Dr to explain anything to you this is not the Dr. And if you question the Dr or his assistant You will either get a head shake or they will talk right over you and answer your question with a unrelated question .this is my assessment after 3 visits.

Last week was one of the scariest of my life. For 8 months I have battled long covid, but never once did I feel like would die until I went to the cardiologist. My medication was accidentally doubled and it caused for my blood pressure to drop to dangerous levels. I called the office multiple times and the mistake was never caught. Outstanding ! This Dr. has been taking care of me for years! I am quite certain I would not be on this side if the dirt I it were not for his care. My “former cardiologist“ was NOT a very kind man . But DR. Shah takes excellent care of me and for me. I really trust him completely .

I read the reviews about this doctor, they were not too good. Then after a few visits two close aqantinces told me I should get another doctor. I did not. Dr. Shah told me I needed a procedure done, I said ok. At the hospital in an area where you are placed before the procedure my sat with me. We thought we would see Dr. Shah before the procedure, we didn't. After the procedure I am back where I was before. I asked my nurse did everything go ok she told me I had talk to my doctor about it. My son and I waited, no doctor. They put me in a room. I asked the nurse could she tell me anything she told me Dr. Shah was on the floor, and he would probably come to see me shortly. I drifted off to sleep, by now it's around 12 or 1am. No doctor. My son was clearly upset. My son told me, Mom of all the doctors on the coast you had to get this one. Before I checked out the hospital a nurse finally told every thing went well. Well I saw Dr. Shah 2 weeks later, get this he did not say one thing about that procedure, but did talk about another procedure he wanted to do on me. That was my last and final visit with Dr. Shah.

When he talks into the Dictaphone, he puts things in the record, that are not true. Just the opposite of what you tell him. When I tried to correct it, he told me to be quiet, And he continued with putting false statements into the record. It was a bit of CYA, I am sure. I will never put foot in his office again

He is very arrogant, he is very rude and he will not listen. He is a know it all, and it is his way or no way.

This is open letter to Dr. Shah and his staff and his customers, I cannot praise Dr. Shah highly enough. I was truly scared and the doctor heard me and took steps, even some steps against his normal procedure, to see to it that the procedure was done in a way that was most comfortable for me. His command of the operating room was very obvious as he politely gave commands that were met with instant action. No enough characters here to finish except to say Professional Excellence!

I wore a heart monitor for 48 hrs. and this guy supposedly read the results and reported to my regular Physician (Who was out of town at the time) that my heart was fine, no problems. A short time later i was rushed to the Hospital for Emergency surgery. This guy is very arrogant and rude and his incompetence almost cost me my Life. So beware. Be very aware.

Absolutely horrible bedside manner. Also treated staff disrespectfully in front of patient and family. Condescending, did not even take time to introduce himself. I would not recommend this physician to anyone.

Although i never saw Dr. Shah in the office I saw him MANY times in the cath lab at MHG!! He performed so many stent implants i have lost count and many were in a bad situation or location. I would highly recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing a cardiologist. No doubt he saved my life on many occasions.
