He has a poorly run office: several rescheduled, and you can wait 1-2 hours after your appointment time before he sees you. He's not very current in cardiac care, very old school. He should retire, but he bilks his patients. Don't bother. Move on.

MD Anderson cancer hospital Houston Texas I rate Dr Payment as the most caring, thoughtful and helpful doctor I've ever seen, memorial is blessed to have him

i have seen dr. payment some 20 times over several years and always have had short waits. he takes time to discuss any questions i have and i find him to to be a very considerate person .Heart docs sometimes do have emergencies

I don’t know him personally BUT I wish I did . He went above and beyond to take care of a friend and new mom in need . I know they think very highly of him and feel like he is the absolute best in his field . He truly was a hero to them .

This man took my wife in when no other doctor would for 100 miles. On his off day he was caring enough at midnight to go out of his way and accept my wife’s case. He was a true blessing to us and took great care of my wife. We went from thinking we would lose her to walking out in perfect Health because of him! THANK YOU DR PAYMENT from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely the best cardiologist I've been to and since I had 3 chronic dissections of the aorta and a aorta heart valve replacement , I been to the largest search hospitals in USA , he's the best. I started having A fib He has never left me wondering. He explains carefully and he is warm and carrying. He deserves 10 stars
