He never leaves anything out and always double checks to make sure that everything looks good. I have went to him for years and now my daughter sees him for her ankle. I trust him to the fullest. He hasn't let me down as a doctor. His staff is absolutely wonderful and they treat you with respect. Very respectful doctor and amazing at what he does.

Horrible customer service. Long wait times (waited for 2hrs at my appointment one day) rude and impatient doctors. Performed surgery and now I’m in more pain than before. It’s been 2yrs and I have to have a repeat surgery for the exact same thing on the exact same knee. Records got lost or mixed up with someone else’s. Physical therapy was a joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

While I have never been a patient of Dr. Robert Lance Johansen's, nevertheless, he performed surgery on my daughter (Stephanie Bowin); my son-in-law (John Bowin); my daughter's father (Ronald Rushing); and my son-in-law's father (Mike Bowin), and he did an excellent job on every one of them!! I was among all of them off and on, and not once did I hear any negative comments resulting from Dr. Johansen's respective surgery on any of them. I also have recommended him to others who were searching for a very professional and competent orthopaedic surgeon; also, I have spoken with others who were former patients of his, and they had everything good to say about his expertise. Furthermore, if I, myself, should ever need to undergo orthopaedic surgery, and since his reputation precedes him in such a positive way, I won't think twice regarding having Dr. Johansen perform surgery on me! My daughter still raves over him and his expertise!! I highly recommend Dr. Johansen to anyone who has any orthopaedic issues that have not been addressed.

Dr. Johansson is not a good doctor my mother is still in pain from his knee surgery my son broke his finger Friday they still haven’t called and set up an appointment for him they need better doctors at Garden Park hospital

My mother had a knee replacement and the office staff suggested Tylenol for pain and inferred that I had an attitude when I called to let them know that she is in pain an needs adequate pain medication to participate in physical therapy.
