I saw this doctor a couple of years ago in Biloxi..The wait was usually at least 2 hours as he chatted away with patients without regard to those waiting.. Several times after closing his laptop forgetting refills, after being reminded he angrily pointed at the door to go to the front desk.. He puts on a persona very well.. Deep down inside he’s a malignant narcissist.. I would not recommend this guy for anything serious..

Dr. Barnes is an exceptional and amazing doctor. He has been my primary physician for many years and I have always been very pleased. He is kind, caring, intelligent, professional, and he has a great sense of humor. I have a chronic illness (lupus) and he always listens to my concerns and always answers any questions that I have. I highly recommend Dr. Barnes.

Terrible staff and even worse doctor. Refused life-saving asthma medication fifteen minutes before after two weeks of receiving the runaround. Rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend!

I was looking for a new primary care doctor and my first appointment with Doctor Barnes was very brief. Then they cancelled my second appointment and stated that there was nothing else they could do for me and for me to go to the emergency room. I felt like I did not need emergency care and really wanted to talk to him about my condition. I will now try to find a new primary care physician.

I saw Dr Rolando Barnes for about 3 years.. At first it was a good experience, but as time went on I realized this is not the guy you want in your corner for something serious or chronic..I had to prompt him several times for an x-ray for my knee..When it come back abnormal he dismissed it as age related.. Then when I asked to be referred to an orthopedic Dr he stalled for several visits not even ordering an MRI before sending me.. If he forgets to send all your prescriptions to the pharmacy and it's close to his lunch break his whole demeanor changes..I would not recommend him to a friend.. He is a long talker and you have to wait an average of 2-3 hrs a vist..
