Incompetent staff , from front desk receptionist to Dr.Brown himself . Impossible to get in contact with , once you do get thru they send medication to pharmacy that aren’t covered by insurance or they forget prior authorization is needed. Never returning calls or picking up the phone but always eating and giggling at the front desk

Dr. Samuel Brown has been my doctor since 2001; a great doctor who for me answered all of my questions and concerns after I had my last child. I needed to have a minor surgical procedure at his request he provided all of answers of the pre-op and the post-op for a timely recovery process.

Dr. Brown and his team are easily one of my favorite practices of all that I see. His bedside manner is amazing, he truly wants to see his patients get better, improve their health and comfort and most importantly, increases a patient's quality of life. I've been seeing this practice for over 3 years now and although it's over an hour drive there and back for me, it has ALWAYS been worth it. As long as you follow his and his teams recommendations, do even some "silly" exercises, stretches etc., take your meds responsibly and keep an open line of communication with his team, Dr. Brown can definitely help you live a better life, even with chronic pain.

Dr. Samuel Brown has been so wonderful and very patient with my niece. The moment we were searching for a Obgyn, she did not want a Male physician. This man made her feel comfortable enough that it didn't matter about that. He removed a cyst from her left ovary and now she is recovering. We are just waiting for her follow up appt. Every nurse said he was an excellent surgeon and doctor.

Dr. Brown is very caring, kind, and patient. He tries everything to help you feel better with your pain. His office manager is also very helpful. I would highly recommend him if you have an issue with pain.
