Don't bother trying to get an appointment with this guy. He makes you fill out a form to request an appointment and then never informs you that he won't see you.

Dr Scheapens was my doctor for 10 years when I moved out of state he refused to fax a form to me after calling for 3 days and would NOT even return my call !! WOW
