I really like Dr. Duncombe but her staff is awful. They care nothing about patients. Do not follow up on messages. At this point right now I am shaking as I type this message because I am going through withdrawals of a medication which should have been handled last week but the staff during Dr Duncombe cared nothing about looking at my records or referring my records to another doctor while Dr. Duncombe was out. I would not recommend this office only because of the staff she employs.

When I was 21 years old I had a history of cancer times 3 and a bone marrow transplant, which caused stage 4 rectal cancer. Dr. Duncombe refused to give me any pain medicine and also refused to recommend me to an oncologist. Instead she referred me to a pain clinic. She seems to have no empathy or compassion and I hope that she retires soon. She has caused me a lot of pain and anxiety. In my opinion, she is a horrible doctor. Now I have a wonderful doctor who has compassion and empathy. Thank God.

Dr. Duncombe sadly doesn't listen and didn't even read my chart after Dr. Ladner left. She denied treatment I did need after being diagnosed with breast cancer. I miss Dr. Ladner a lot she was so knowledgeable and thorough.

I think this woman should work at Walmart and never as doctor. My 21 year old daughter who is stage 4 rectal cancer was refused pain medication and was referred to a pain clinic instead of an oncologist even though the doctor knew she has a history of leukemia times three and a bone marrow transplant. I took my 95-year-old mother in September 10 for lab work. I was told I would get the results in two days. Three days later, on Friday the 13th I called trying to get the lab results. I was told I will be contacted Monday the 16th. It is September 23 and no call no results. Today 9/23 an employee said they would email the labs to me. That email never came. I will NEVER take her back here.
