They are very rude and very ruff dealing with kids I don’t recommend ‼️

I arrived early had already did my paperwork online so I wouldn’t have to wait. Got my Child out of school early so I could be there on time. It was so many people in there overbooked for them to come out and say the 4 o’clock people have to reschedule unprofessional y’all should have told people Way ahead of time or just not overbook yourselves. My child’s teeth was hurting. I was trying to get it checked on I will never come back to this place again so unprofessional

This office runs like a government run agency with no accountability and terrible customer service. I recommend going anywhere else but here. Besides constantly canceling our appts, having us wait for extremely long wait times they also overcharged me, then confirmed I didn’t owe it and then didn’t take care of the computer billing issue and now it went to collections. Constantly dealing with their inability to just do their job, keep their appts and be timely.

Always slow, running behind! Come for one thing, it’s something totally different. A lot of scheduling multiple appts. Sometimes the dentist hasn’t made it yet!

I do not recommend this office. Please do your research before choosing to come here. I started orthodontic treatment in April 2023 and was originally told it would take about 18 months (around October 2024). As of now, I have been in braces for approximately 35 months and still have no clear end date, despite being fully compliant the entire time. I also have documentation to support this. I understand that my treatment timeline was exceeded around October 2024, and I do take some accountability because I should have pushed for answers sooner. However, I was not informed about any additional charges at that time. It wasn’t until October 2025, a full year later, that the orthodontist manager brought it to my attention while I was already in the chair. I was told they “caught it too late” to charge me for the time that had already passed, but moving forward I would have to pay $150 at each visit every four weeks. When I asked what determines the $150 amount, I was shown the contract stating charges may apply once treatment is exceeded. I understand that, but no one could clearly explain or provide documentation showing how that amount is calculated. I also want to mention the payment situation. I made monthly payments through Sunbit from February 7, 2024 through February 19, 2026, paying about $132 per month. I later found out those payments were not related to or applied toward these additional $150 extended treatment charges, which was not clearly explained upfront. Also, while I was making those payments, I was not even being seen every four weeks. I was originally scheduled about every eight weeks, and there was still very little to no progress. I did not start being seen every four weeks until sometime after April 2025. I have done everything on my end. I attend every appointment, show up on time, follow instructions, make payments, and have not had any issues that would delay treatment. Since around October 2025, I have been going every four weeks for standard adjustments but have seen very little to no progress. I have been documenting my teeth monthly, and only one tooth has slightly moved during that time. At my last appointment, I was told that if everything moved, I would return and receive my retainers. My next appointment is March 26, 2026, and based on the lack of movement, that will not be happening!! For months, I have asked for a clear and updated timeline, but I continue to be told I am close to finishing without any real change. Their office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) completely overlap with a standard work schedule. Because appointments are every four weeks, this has also started to affect my job. I submitted documentation to support my situation, but it was not completed properly, which led to my request being denied. Transferring my case is not a realistic option. I was told I could only transfer within Sunnybrook, and after speaking with other orthodontists, I understand I would have to restart treatment entirely, which would cost thousands more. Because of that, I am stuck continuing treatment here. I understand he is not an exact science, but there should still be communication, accountability, and visible progress. I have expressed my concerns multiple times and have not received clear answers. At this point, I feel like my time and money have not been used effectively. I have done everything I am supposed to do and am still in this situation. I have family members who have completed their treatment at other orthodontists within a reasonable timeframe without these issues. I truly wish I had chosen a different office!! But I did not due to I did not want to be driving an hour to my ortho visits. JUST DONT COME HERE TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ELSE WERE!!

Arrived on time, had insurance information loaded several days before… they didn’t start trying to verify it until after I arrived… it took them an hour. Then we were brought back and just waited some more The children’s play area is empty and the 2 machines in there are not working. As of now, I don’t recommend unless you have ample time to waste.

Staff was friendly enough- no complaints there. Music was too loud in the lobby, the “kids corner” has nothing but chairs (where is the stuff to occupy the younger children?), the carpet was filthy and covered in trash at only 9:30am (no vacuum?), very dirty environment in general from the walls to the bathrooms, over an hour wait and a total of 2 hours for a cleaning visit (despite having filled out all paperwork online prior and arriving 15 minutes early), no “goodie bag”/toy/new tooth brush (a member of staff did kindly offer something from another member’s Mardi Gras leftovers), and the sweet, but soft spoken dentist that wanted to rush through a sudden need for 6 teeth to be capped in stainless steel. I understand being short staffed (one hygienist for such a busy place), but scheduling like that is irresponsible and unprofessional as both a business and a medical practice. Dr. Huel Harris was my child’s dentist until he very recently retired, so I’m used to a more personal and clean approach to pediatric dentistry. This place is not it.

Wait time is extremely long but other then that, I love it
