The staff at this facility was very helpful and courteous. They were prompt and on schedule. Everything was explained in detail.

Drove from Oxford to the Holly Springs location on a Friday and they weren’t even open, even though on their door and website it said they were. Tried calling 3 times nobody picked up. Went back on Sunday to the door still being locked but opened by one of the staff saying I had to wait outside another 20 minutes because their lights didn’t work. In terms of my actual medical experience it was fine but having to deal with the hassle of the place not being open when it says it is, was not fun. It seems like this place may only be open when customers book appointments so to future customers, I would book an appointment in advance.
