My husband was having another heart flutter episode with left arm pain, teeth aching and felt clammy. We immediately went to the ER. Dr Bahro was assigned as Ron’s Cardiologist. We could not have been luckier! He has been suffering with A Flutter for 3 years and this is the first time checking his Troponin numbers. Needless to say the numbers got higher with all three test. Dr Bahro knew something was wrong and did a heart cath. My husband needed 2 stints in his right artery. Thanks to Dr Barho Ron is on the road to recovery.

I went into this office a couple of weeks ago to get an ultrasound completed. However, after completing the exam, I never heard anything back from anyone in the office concerning my test results. Upon receiving a letter today from this office stating I was schedule for ANOTHER exam on June 6, 2022, I immediately called to inquire and gain some clarity on the matter. The lady that I spoke to on the phone had a completely NASTY attitude, did not even bother to listen to what I was trying to explain to her concerning my dilemma before RUDELY interrupting me as though I was not talking at all! She had absolutely no care or concern about hearing what I had to say. I don't know whether she was having a bad day or WHAT but her phone manners were TRASH! Once I gave her the information to access my records, she put me on hold for a nurse in which I held on about 10 MINUTES before someone else picked up and I had to explain all over again! I then requested that a complaint concerning this ladies' BAD ATTITUDE be given to the manager but the representative put me back on hold for the manager in which I held AGAIN for a lengthy period until someone picked up and put me back on hold! Horrible experience! I pray to God that the lady I spoke with never gets sick and has to deal with anyone with an attitude such as HERS! If she didn't want to be at work OR didn't want to be bothered with listening to people, she should not have been there! Unprofessional! This is no reflection on Dr. Bahro himself. He was GREAT when I saw him. So was the receptionist in the back and the lady that did my ultrasound. But the one up front, not so much!

Nice atmosphere and hospitality to go along with this Doctors office, and they try to get you in and out with actually listening to the patient, two thumbs up and 5 stars 🌟.
