Horrible. They were supposed to pick my dad up hours ago, and they’re late AGAIN although we have rescheduled twice. Not to mention, we are forced to use them due to their ties with UMMC. All they care about is money.

This ambulance service is the worst in the world. My niece couldn't breathe last nightat 2:22a.m. and the ambulance arrived within5 minutes. The woman(short with long blonde hair)man(average height, fat and bald) both of these individuals were white. They never took her blood pressure or anything just put her in the ambulance and told her she was faking and she wasted their time. If anything happens to my niece their license to operate that vehicle or work on it will be taken away.

My husband paid for a parking space at the petro since he is OTR and they were just sitting there and he asked for them to move so he could park...she didn't say a word and had a major attitude about it...AMR needs to retrain their employees and cause I am seeing nothing but bad reviews on them

I was a paramedic for ten years. These people are the worst. Incompetent at best and crooked at worst. I hope and pray I never see these people again. Not sure how they get away with what they do. They are pathetic and an embarrassment to EMS as a whole. Just sad.
