List of Bryan Clay's Reviews
Dr Clay is the best ENT surgeon in the Jackson MS area. I highly recommend him to anyone
Wish he was my primary care. Dr. Clay worked me in for an appt within 24 hours of calling when I had an emergency, and I was back in a room within 5 minutes of getting there. He takes his time with you and explains everything clearly. Great doctor and great nurses in that office
Just a suggestion after experiencing Dr. Clay’s bedside manner, please don’t take your child here. If kids aren’t your thing, WHY would you choose to treat them or have a practice that takes them as patients. Never have I walked out of a doctor’s office until the day my daughter saw Dr. Clay. If you don’t have the patience for a child, DON’T work with them or use fear as a way to calm them into submission. Dr. Clay did not like that my daughter was scared and screaming because of that fear and told me to “help hold her down” so he could see in her ears. She was FOUR. I refused to do so and took her down from the chair and we left. Shame on you, Dr. Clay for the worse bedside manner I’ve ever experienced.
Dr. Clay is the best! Been taking my son to him for over 10 years. Always thorough and takes the time to explain everything!
Dr. Clay and his nurse Cindy are the best. I highly recommend him and his staff. He goes beyond his duty to personally call and check on you at home after surgery.
Dr. Clay diagnosed my Nasopharyngeal cancer two years ago. I'm cancer free now and I highly recommend him.
Some people are in a profession for a paycheck (understandable), then there are people who actually enjoy what they do - Dr. Clay falls in that category. Our son (5) had his initial visit with Dr. Clay a little over a month ago. He was so gentle with him and made sure we fully understood his concerns. Last week he had his operation and Dr. Clay took great care of him. Come to think of it, I think Dr. Clay had a smile on 100% of the time during each interaction. He also has an amazing staff.
Dr. Clay has very poor bedside manner. He was impatient when my 4 year old was scared and slammed his tools down when she didn’t calm down quick enough for him. He commented that she was scaring other patients because she was crying. This is not how you handle young children in a medical setting. We do not recommend him.
Dr. Clay has horrible bedside manner. He treated my 4 year old very poorly when she was scared during an appointment and proceeded to slam down his tools when she wouldn't calm down quick enough. We left after I told him he didn't have to treat my 4 year old that way and that he was incredibly rude. Don't let your child see him. He has ZERO patience with children with sensitivities.
I absolutely love Dr. Bryan Clay and his nurse Cindy because they are a great duo and I will recommend my friends and family to Dr. Clay for their ear, nose, and throat issues.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
