They sure do know how to clean the room you wait over 4 hours to get into/ be ready!

My sister called in said she had been shot tonight to come to the UMC so me I just up running like any sister will do got my kids in we ran out the door why n the car I’m calling everybody els cause my sister only had time for one phone call get to the Umc this man when I got out the car to go in and give my sister Information to get her checked in he started to talk crazy to me as if I had a gun In I was coming up there to fight or some out of all the years I been coming this was the only time I have seen this then her son come to walk in behind me he running pulling him back yelling all in his face just been disrespectful to us for no reason at all by the time I walked out the hospital to get my sister son he in told him to get in my car he walk behind me talking about move this mf car hit my car for no reason at all I’m guessing cause we was black because all the white peoples that was there he let them come in but said only one of us can come in remind you I still got my 2 kids they couldn’t come in I understand Covid is out but you at my car in my face with nothing on your face talking about Covid the rest of the family comes not knowing if they with me or not he started going off on them he let the girl that bought my sister to the hospital go he made her leave before the detectives came told us we couldn’t be outside we had to go across the street when I Umc make you go across the street I was so disappointed in the way that man did use tonight because I felt like if this was one of your family members got shot you wouldn’t have did them like that it’s soo sad that we all had to go through that it’s not like we was trying to get back there where she was or been disrespectful to anybody that was around or in the inside he just was going off for no reason then was I told him I was about to take a picture of him he was still talking crazy we get our car out the garage in pull across the street like he said he sent 2 more officers over there that was real nice respectful they couldn’t see how we had to leave in everybody was still over there tonight it’s sad you can’t check on your people with been miss treated disrespected and then get put off the premises I don’t recommend nobody to go to the Umc because they office is sooo disrespectful to you in your family in don’t care about the people I will be calling over his head when they open up but I just had to let it out

I would like to thank the nursing staff on floor 3C for all the care they have been continously providing for my nephew .You guys are the best! I appreciate how you guys shows compassion daily and is very attentive especially Elaine because she has been there sinceday( 1 )taking care of his every needs . I would also like to thank Lawanna Spann for going above and beyond for understanding each person's needs and taking care of them . Last but not least Dr. Davis he has been there since day1 . Dr. Davis shows great concern for my nephew through his compassion and by giving him that hope and motivation to fight and carry on . Answering all our questions without getting frustrated. Dr. Davis is truly AWESOME!!! .He is most definitely a valuable asset to the hospital and we appreciate him.I also would like to thank the staff on the PICU floor , especially Kari Ann . May God continue to Bless you all always.

I will never set foot back in this hospital with my child they are the most crooked people. They give you the worse kind of run around it is an don’t listen to you as the parent of the child. I hands down say they all can go to hell!

absolute worst experience. been in the emergency room waiting to be taken upstairs and told “20-30 minutes” for the past literal 6 hours. never go here or take your loved ones here

The absolute worst on call service. My child has suffered all weekend with a UTI bc a provider who doesn't know me nor my child refused to call in an antibiotic unless I brought her in to an ER or urgent care to do a urinalysis. I'm a nurse and I know she has a UTI and I also have a sick 18 month old that I can't drag into an ER or germy urgent care! K. Wheelock refused to treat my child....she isn't even her provider! I am switching Pediatric providers tomorrow morning. What my child has endured this weekend is neglectful care! Absolute insanity. This on call service is a joke and has no empathy or compassion.

Today my son had a revised circumcision done. The staff from the front door all the way to back was top notch! The process went extremely fast and everyone was thorough. Although we hope to have to never be back. Would highly recommend if we ever needed to. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable.

This place is horrible. My grandson was rushed here with a trauma and the one recovery nurse was so hateful and rude to the parents. There was no act of kindness at all.
