Been trying to get my test results for days. Even trying to schedule an appointment is hell. Call in the morning & they tell u to call back in the afternoon. Call in the afternoon & they tell you that whoever is in charge of whatever services you're calling for is unavailable & to call back later. I was just told test results are only giving out via the phone Wednesdays & there's no other way to get it although I was told about a myHealth app to which I've never received instructions via a text they told me I should receive. Then I was told they closed at 3pm although I was talking to whoever answered the phone at 3:50p.If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I called to speak with a nurse and was put on hold for an hour just so whoever at the front desk to hang up in my face. Very unprofessional
Employees are always nice during the visit, but it's so incredibly difficult to get them to answer the phone. I was told to call back at 4. At 4, they refused to answer. On one of the attempted calls, the phone was disconnected before they even answered. People need to be able to get information about their health.
Get new receptionists that are actually courteous and will do their jobs.
Service is horrible. There’s no point in giving you a ticket number if they’re gonna skip all over you for numbers that’s way ahead of you. I’ve literally been here 2 1/2 hours and this will be my last time coming
Most of the time I visit the employees are very polite and caring. They can be gossipy sometimes as well, like discussing a patients status and/or sickness without consent. Isn’t that against HIPPA regulations? I came back worse than what I was (not following directions) so one of the nurses started to be very rude towards me. Even though I brought it on myself by not following direction, making me feel even worse about it doesn’t solve the issue. Crazy thing, she was the nicest person there so I thought. Only reason I’d visit again is for the free birth control and STD testing

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
