DR. Phillips is an exceptional dr. I started going to her a round a year ago and I like her very much. She explains things to you and answers my questions.

I visited this office numerous occasions and my problems were never solved. I would not recommend her for any service. I wasted money on eye drops and office visits, and in the end still had to go to another doctor to resolve the issue. Their billing procedures are also horrible.

This was my 2nd visit, for a routine exam. Appt was set for 11AM, was called in within 10 min. The technician did the eye exam, and basically gave me my results, but I had to wait for the dr who was in surgery. 2 hrs later, I got to see the doctor, so she could sign what the technician had determined, and send me on my way. I paid to sit on the waiting room, since the dr. did nothing more than chat with me. Nice dr. but not worth the money or the way. I can get better service and faster at the lenscrafter optometrist.
