DO NOT GO THERE!! They really deserve no stars. My mom has been waiting more than a month on her glasses and no one can explain to me why besides they are short staffed and don’t know what’s going on. Everytime it’s an issue or it’s someone new in there and don’t know what they’re doing. You will be disappointed and don’t get me started on the chick that be at the front desk with the most nasty attitude. The doctor was nice but the experience was trash

After waiting more than the 10 days I was told on my eyeglasses, I try them on in front of staff. The handle breaks! Of course they said they can’t fix it! Clearly, something had to happen at the lab for them to break that easy and quick! DO NOT go to this place!

Its a rat race, I don't know if they're unsure of themselves or knowledge is the issue. It was my 1st time with them because of my move back i needed eye doc. But I'm good I don't think so.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL. SOOOOOOO UNORGANIZED. MEAN AND NASTY TO PAYING COSTOMERS. LOOSE YOUR PRODUCTS AND WILL LIE AND SAY ITS NOT HERE. THEN WILL LOCATE IT AND SAY OH IT WAS UNDER A STACK OF PAPERS WOW!!!!! I TRY TO SUPPORT BLACK DOCTORS BUT THIS IS WHY ITS HARD TOO
