They always have a negative attitude like they’re mad they cigar too come to work and if that’s the case they could’ve gotten an at home job… than for the past few years every time it came time too register my son for school the phone lines would be busy… but when you go up there you would be greeted with those attitudes … need too do a workshop on workplace manners and etiquette

I got what I needed done but now without attitude and a headache. I'm here to pay for things I need and they were bothered by any slight questions I had and replied passive aggressively (even with me being as polite as I could). They do not communicate with each other or myself well, could not calculate my fee well, or type and print my information correctly. Their priority at work is definitely not the patient's experience.

I can only speak for the immunization and vaccination section of the clinic, but I had a very good experience. I was a little worried because of all the negative reviews, but the facility was clean and the wait time wasn’t ridiculous. The nurse was knowledgeable and printed out information about my immunizations for me, the receptionist was also polite.

The wait is just to long it don’t matter if you have a appt or just walking in before they open you will have to wait at least 1hour

I was honestly hoping these reviews were exaggerated but they're not. Hinds Co. WIC office was terrible. Place seemed very unclean, and the lady at the desk was completely dazed. Kept having an ongoing conversation with another employee while making me repeat answers to my questions. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the nurse in the back. I didn't get her name but she was a lovely person.

This place is filthy and disgusting, it smells like urine. The people are idiots and extremely ghetto and lazy. Totally incapable of performing there job!!

Absolutely terrible service!! I do not recommend this place. I would not go there again if it was the last medical treatment facility on the planet.

I waited more than 3 hours just to have a form transferred to a different form. The people behind the counters offer no information on wait times nor do they seem to care how long you wait. There had got to be a better way for this office to be ran.
