This is the most unprofessional medical facility I've every been to in my entire life of living. Called to be connect to the pediatrics office and the operator's background notice sounded like she was in a club. I was then hung up on after I mentioned I couldn't hear her because it was so loud. Jackson Hinds Comprehensive should do better. Ghetto is defiantly not a good look on you all. I give 1 star since they picked up the phone.

From the minute I walked into the front door until the time I left I had the most pleasant experience. Everyone was cordial, friendly, professional, polite and willing to help. Process was very smooth and I appreciate them all for their assistance!!

Dr. Debra Rice at the Woodrow Wilson office is amazing. I have used her as my primary dr for years. The staff has always been very kind and helpful.l also see Dr.Sizer at the Northside location. She is also great. She takes the time to listen and treats me with so much respect.

My God this has got to be the worst medical facility in the nation. They’re horrible in person and even worse on the phone. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes on three separate occasions on three different phones trying to get my COVID 19 test results. They answer the phone and immediately place your on hold. Then when they come back they voice you around. I’ve literally spoken to 12 different people. I got tested Friday, it’s Monday and no one can tell me nothing.

I wish I could give 0 stars,,, the fact that I'm in pain and I can hear the staff laughing and joking really ticks me off. I got here at 1:20 it's almost 3 and I still have yet to be seen,,and the laughter and joking continues!!!!!

This will probably come as no surprise to anyone who has ever gone to this facility for any reason that this is one of the worst ran medical facilities in the city. The staff ishorrible and using the term ghetto would be cliche but it fits perfectly. It's a good thing I was only coming to get a vaccine shot and would dred actually having to seek real medical care from this facility. I feel bad for people who have no other options but thisplace for medical care. I would offer the advice of doing better but this has been business as usual for this clinic for decades.So no I did not get that vaccine shot and if you can steer clear of this facility pretending to be a community care center, I strongly suggest you do so.
