When you cancel an appointment with them they charge you! This is a scam!
I am giving this group 1 star inly because I had to in order to share my review. My father was seen by Dr. Jones when he was admitted with a heart attack and COPD. Dad was in this doctor's care for 2 years and never once was seen by this doctor the entire time, only the nurse practicioner. Chest ex-rays detected a small object in his left lung to which said practicioner prescribed antibiotic. This went on for over a year. We finally switched to another pulmonary doctor in another city. Now they say the mass is larger and we are waiting to find out if it is malignant or benign. This group will N. E. V. E. R. be recommended by me or my family!
I called to inquire as to why my brother was given a TELEHEALTH (Yes, TELEPHONE) appointment for a hospital stay of PNEUMONIA. Receptionist was very abrupt... RUDE better describes her... Not a good person to have in the 'Front of the house' to represent your medical facility. Needless to say, if this person is any indication of what the other services about... Ahhh, NO THANKS! CANCELLED
Last week was my second visit and I am very pleased with the thoroughness of the testing. Used to smoke heavy and have a little COPD so I'm on a inhaler. Have a follow-up appt coming up in a few weeks. Very pleased with the doctor and medical staff. Highly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
