I am a Nurse Practitioner and was very pleased with Dr. Rappai’s care in the hospital and in the office. They tested my breathing, kept up with my history and records, and explained everything. I have been impressed by their diligence with me.

Went in for a referral related to Lowe O2 levels. Was diagnosed with moderate COPD. The doctor and her staff were very professional and through. I went through various breathing tests before the office visit. She was very understanding of my situation and very knowledgeable about the struggles my diagnosis entails. The office has been helpful with prescriptions as my insurance doesn't cover some meds. I plan to continue my career with her! So glad my doctor referred me to them.

Wouldn’t waste my time, she will definitely waste yours

Dr. Rappai is a polite, affable physician with some good ideas (and she does spend ten to fifteen minutes with you), but the process of getting through the clinic to see Dr. Rappai is not worth it. Why? - you may ask: 1.) It takes many weeks to get an appointment. 2.) The clinic runs 90-120 minutes behind schedule at 'every' appointment - this is nothing short of poor management. 3.) The clinic staff tries to move things along, but they are so over-worked with patients from so many physicians that they cannot keep up. I will seek out a sleep specialist at another clinic. I would prefer to go with a clinic that follows the golden rule and treats my time with the same degree of value that they treat their own.

Poor Time Management

Dr Rappai saved my life 7 1/2 years ago. She was referred to by case by the Baptist Hospitalist. She never gave up nor did Anna. I had double pneumonia. Due to their care I recovered. I was left with adult onset asthma. I have to see her or Anna twice a year. Brad is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. In these scary times I’m thankful to know they are there if I need them.
