I had my first appointment with Dr. Woofter today. She was pleasant and explained all my “spots”. One that I thought was no longer a problem needs further exploration and I’m certainly happy she noticed that. Her staff was very pleasant and I felt comfortable while there. This was the best dermatology appointment I had had in some time!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Woofter. Dr. Woofter took out the time to explain all my procedures and listened to my concerns. Dr. Woofter stayed in the room until she knew I understood everything. I was so nervous the day of my procedure Dr. Woofter made me comfortable and talked to me the whole time. I’ve been going there for over 17 years, I can’t imagine not having her as my dermatologist. Thank you so much for being an excellent doctor.

Gave my insurance card to the front office employee. I was told the doctor is in network and my visits and procedures would be covered. I also advised her I was moving and gave them the date. Advised them I want to be sure that whenever the main procedure was scheduled that there was enough time for follow up visits. I received a bill for over $1000. Procedures were not covered afterall. And there was not enough time after the procedure for the follow up visits since I would be moved by then. No remedy when I called their office. They are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. I would definitely not recommend this office.

Felt like they looked right through me. Really pushed the gluten free trendy thing, I bought in and tried it for a few months with no changes. My barber called it the whole way, just an ingrown hair, or some stress induced alopecia.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment and the receptionist is extremely unprofessional. What a terrible first impression. I would never recommend this office to anyone based off my experience with the receptionist. Why have a job answering the phone when you complain about having to answer the phone and act like it’s a nuisance. Awful. Go elsewhere to be treated respectfully.

I am a new patient with Midwest Dermatology Center. I left my previous Dermatologist of many years and I’m so glad I made the change. Dr Woofter is very thorough. She and her staff are friendly and informative.
