Dr. Stout and his staff make every visit enjoyable. They are friendly, helpful, and extremely kind. I've been going to Dr. Stout since I was a kid and they treat you like family. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place to be.

Dr. Michael Stout has been my dentist for over 7 years. He specializes in gentle dentistry and I highly recommend him. Facility: I began seeing Dr. Stout at his previous location on Torrence St. The facility was welcoming and always immaculate. In the past couple of years, his practice transitioned to a new state-of-the-art facility. The new space provides more rooms to see patients and upgraded technology, including massaging chairs to compliment your gentle dental work. Likewise, this facility is always immaculate, warm, welcoming and easy to access from 7th St. Customer Service/Staff: The one thing that I love about Dr. Stout's staff is that they never let you miss an appointment. Days before an appointment, I received a personalized call to remind me. The day before the appointment, I receive a text message. Upon arrival, I never wait more than 15 minutes. The staff are friendly, helpful and always assures that the proper information is obtained for insurance billing. Care: Dr. Stout is, indeed, a gentle dentist. I have had two procedures completed by him, in addition to routine cleanings. He and his staff take the most gentle care with any dental procedure. Unlike most dentist that use abrasive shields during bitewing X-rays, Dr. Stout makes sure that your inner jaw and gums are protected. While it seems small, it makes a big difference if you don't want cuts inside of your mouth for days. He also assures that the proper anesthesia is applied in the least traumatic fashion to reduce pain during and after procedure. If you are seeking an experienced and kind dentist....Dr. Stout is the best choice!

Dr. Stout and his team have provided excellent dental care for me and my family for over 15 years. They are always courteous, caring, friendly, and professional. Dr. Stout is a "painless" dentist, and actually makes the dental visits a pleasant experience. I recommend Dr. Stout to anyone. He is the best!

The staff is always pleasant, courteous and exhibits exceptional skill. In addition to being notably competent himself, Dr. Stout has a "bedside manner" that makes even the most anxious patient feel comfortable. I can say without a doubt that you will not find a better dental care team in Charlotte.

This is the friendliest, most helpful doctor that I have ever met. He spends a lot of time with the patients and seems to really get to know them. I've recommended him over and over, with the result that most of the people that I work with all use the same doctor, and all have the same opinion of him. After every visit, we come back with more "Dr. Stout stories."

I was so impressed by Dr. Stout and his staff. He was recommended to me by several coworkers when I told them I was looking for a second opinion. My previous dentist had recommended a crown for the tooth in question. When I met Dr. Stout, he performed a VERY thorough exam. He sat with me for at least 20 minutes explaining why a crown was an incorrect diagnosis (this was verified by my cousin who is also a dentist, but lives 10 hours away) and answered all of my questions. I felt Dr. Stout was genuinely concerned with the health of my teeth and not trying to make a quick buck at my expense. Dr. Stout recommended replacing an existing filling (as did my cousin). When I went in for the procedure, Dr. Stout was patient, thorough, and very gentle! It was a completely pain free experience! I now recommend Dr. Stout to all of my friends and thank him for saving me from a needless, invasive, and expensive procedure!

He's great. Easy to deal with, very upfront about everything, and very real... I'm completely confident in him. I would recommend him to anyone.
