Appointment was scheduled TWICE and canceled at the last minute. We showed up for the first Appointment and were advised ONLY AFTER WE ARRIVED, that the Appointment is canceled. Second attempt today was scheduled for 8:15 and we got a call at 8:05 that it had to be canceled because the Dr has been out for a FEW days....Unprofessional and No consideration or courtesy for OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME!

Had an appointment scheduled mid August and that got canceled the day before and I was asked to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next week and was told when I walked in, he couldn't see me and they were about to call me. I definitely won't be going back.

I would recommend this eye clinic to everyone that needs fast friendly service and Give a 5 star rating.. The service was nice, friendly & very professional...

Excellent staff and great service

Two stars because Dr. Bullin is great. Its been 4 weeks since my visit. I ordered contacts and was supposed to have a consultation scheduled for surgery. I've gotten neither. I call every day and each time I'm placed on hold then told I'll get called back with a follow up, I never do. And that's if they answer the phone. I'm well into my 20s and have been going here since before I started middle school, so I agree with people saying how the staff over the years has caused the clinic to go downhill. I try to continuously put my faith in *our* community and they are constantly letting me down. Hopefully they'll see this review and perk up, but the way the past few weeks have gone it'll just be even more reason for them to cast my name in the "discarded pile" EXTREMELY disappointing and disheartening as a long time patient.

let me begin my story as to why I didn't recommend this place. I went here to get my eyes checked august 18 2020. I have still not received my eyeglasses and I paid$15 extra for tint. well the manager has (theresa) given me the runaround from day one saying the coupon I used was expired which the coupon didn't expire till the 31 of August and always said she would call me back and never did I would always have to call them and when I would call I was placed on hold for a period of time or someone would just hang the phone up. ALL I WANT IS MY REFUND IM INTITLED TO AND MY PRESCRIPTION FOR MY EYE GLASSES TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'VE BEEN GIVEN THE RUNAROUND SINCE AUGUST AND I AM REALLY TIRED OF BEING LIED TO AND DISRESPECTED... DEAN MULLINS PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP

Customer service is a joke and unprofessional

Most unprofessional, unfriendly and slowest eye clinic I've ever been to. The Dr is great! But the staff is horrible and confused. They change staff every few months and it seems like they get more rude. They took over a month to put my lenses in some frames I provided myself. They called and said they under charged us after paying $280 seems fishy to me. I could go on and on about the horrible service. I see why their ratings is a 3, there's no lie in that. I will be looking for another eye care clinic.

I just don't understand how the staff can tell you the walk-in hours for this week. I spoke to someone last week and she told me the walk-in hours. With school being out today I thought this would be a great time to take my son for his annual eye check up. I woke my kids up this morning to make it to the eye doctor for 8am. Got inside for this lady to tell me that they are not accepting walk-ins today. Some I told her I just spoke to someone last week and she told me that they didn't know they weren't accepting walk-ins either until Friday. This place is so unorganized. There's more issues but I will not discuss. I will be finding another eye doctor for me and my son.
