never reached out to me to let me know when my appointment was and when i reached out to them they told me my appointment was cancelled and the next one available isnt until november. yeah really professional people.

Dr. Lutz and her Resident listened to my concerns and presented treatment options that I had not been informed of for my issue before which was very helpful. Seems like a nice group of people that work there and well, from Front Desk to MA.

I joined yelp just to rate these gals...the office staff needs some training. They are condescending and unhelpful. This is my personal private parts we are talking about, a little professionalism would be appreciated. It seems they are nice only to their friends who come in. Forget about phone etiquette - they are too busy doing something else and need to get off the phone with you. Sorry, I like my Doctor, but realistically we deal with the office staff more, so because of that, I'm changing doctors.
