I GO TO ONE OF HER PA SHARRY REESE AND HAVE FOR YEAR;S AND ONLY SEEN ONCE MY INSURANC HER TO SEE ME ONCE A YEAR,,,,,

My mother has been a patient at this clinic for years and I thought they were pretty good but I found out different at the end of 2020. My mother had a stroke, PE blood clot, lung cancer and most recent diagnosis is dementia. In the last 8 months while all of this was going on, her pcp Dr Ross never saw her in the office or otherwise. She was seen by an NP who I was not impressed with. I told her that I was going to try and make arrangements to move my mom closer to where I live and I would let them know when and if I got the move done. Instead the NP listed her as no longer a patient and made it almost impossible to get her medication refills approved. I finally talked to a office manager and got her Med refills approved but it was a nightmare. This clinic is terrible about returning phone calls, I have left 7 or 8 messages over a 2 week period and never gotten a response. I would never recommend this clinic for anyone with an aging relative or loved one!
