Kyle came over to work on my toilet and water pressure regulator. Good work and great pricing. Few bumps ant overall very satisfied and will probably use McLeod plumbing in the future.

I love these guys! they are all courteous and knowledgeable. I had Brandon install a new kitchen faucet yesterday. he was efficient and did his work in a confined space. such a nice young man! thanks to Michelle, Kyle, Rick and Mr McLeod through this process. A wonderful team!

I called Scott MCLEOD Plumbjng yesterday for a slow draining bathtub . The receptionist was very helpful and was able to get me an appt the next day at a time cove Inter for meZ It was very timely. Ricky Nelson called ahead of time, which I appreciated because it gave me time to finish some of my work . Ricky Nelson was very pleasant, professional and went to look at my bathtub. He took a wrench out, unscrewed something, pulled out a lot of my daughter's hair that was the culprit. The water drained without a problem after that, though he did give me precautions and the slow draining recurred in next couple of days, then to call him back: He was professional and efficient and will definitely call him back for any future plumbjng needs . I got an urgent call late Thursday afternoon that the gas was shut off to my rental property due to leaks.Since the property was built in 1956, I knew it wasn't going to be pretty and the tenants were in an obvious rush to get their hot water back.Who was there bright and early the next day to get the job done on a full valve/line replacement???...No shocker here!The McLeod's have been solving plumbing drama since as long as I've been alive. Professional, reasonable and communicative. Everything you could ask for in a plumber. No need to look elsewhere.

I have used Scott McLeod plumbing in the past and I knew they are honest and reliable, which is why I called them to fix a stuck/frozen shower handle. The person who came out the next morning was Kyle. He provided a quote and when he ran into issues with parts fitting in my 1987 house, he had to make a couple of runs to the parts supply store to get the needed parts. Kyle went above and beyond and made sure everything worked perfectly without changing his original quote. I am very happy with the quality of work and the integrity Kyle showed. I highly recommend Scott McLeod Plumbing!

Scott McLeod Plumbing is top shelf! Our family has known them for years, our sons went to high school together, so of course I wanted a team of professionals I know and trust. The office took my information- a broken water pipe behind the wall of our second- floor master bathroom flooding into the sink vanity and leaking through the ceiling into our downstairs. Mario came over immediately with his high-tech equipment and his experience, he found the issue and along with ServePro of Mira Loma/Corona who was also onsite at my home taking care of all the water damage mitigation. Mario identified the broken pipe behind the wall and replaced it. These are the guys you want! Very professional and polite, explained everything to us. PLUS being was very calm and reassuring.Team work makes the dreamwork, and our home is back to being its best for our family. Thank you again McLeod Plumbing...BEST IN CLASS.A very happy customer.

This plumbing company is the real deal. Honest, reliable, and outstanding work. A few days ago I had a main water line that ruptured in my restroom. This led to some terrible flooding. I was able to have the main shut off and clean up the mess but we still needed the restroom running. Placed a ton of calls to plumbing companies who are supposed to be 24/7 but never got a call back until the next day. Scott MCLeod and Plumbing answered and had Ricky out within the hour at 11pm. He arrived and quickly resolved the issue. He went above and beyond and even tested the water pressure after. He continues to remain available and is honest in his work. No upselling or funny business. Ricky also put me in contact with a restoration company for my water damage. Amazing company and staff!

This is the 2nd time I have used them and each time the customer service from beginning to end has been amazing. From calling in to get an emergency appointment for my business on a Saturday. The receptionist was polite, friendly and was extremely pleasant to talk to. When Mario(I believe) showed up he called me advised me of his pre-findings and what his plan was. Once he discovered the overall issue he fixed and cleaned and then called. I will forever use them and recommend them hands down

We had a bad shower clog - called Scott McLeod Plumbing late in the afternoon on a Monday, hoping to schedule a visit for the following day. Not only were they professional, but they sent someone out within 1 hour of my call and took care of the issue quickly and at a fair price.Highly recommend

Called Scott for a second opinion. PAYLESS 4 PLUMBING said they had to jackhammer the concrete and replace part of the sewer line under the toilet for a discounted price of $3,200. Told Scott what was happening and he said he would check it out himself. Scott and Derek found a ball stuck in the toilet!!!!! They removed it and it works great!!! I am so grateful for honest people like Scott and Derek. They could have easily confirmed the prior plumbers diagnosis and made thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. They are experienced, honest, inexpensive, and quick to respond. I highly recommend them for any job big or small they can do it all!!!
