The care here is exceptional. My mom was admitted after a few weeks stay at University. They always answered questions that I had. The womb care nurse, her overall nurse Shandricka, and the admissions coordinator were amazing! They kept me in the know and listened to all my concerns. I can tell they really love there job and I’m so glad to have had them.

I went every day to visit. I had a few disagreements. But I let my opinion be know..they were careing for someone precious to me.

my mom was not taking care.. do not send anyone that you love to this place..the place should be shutdown.. they really neglected my mom..the staff hardly answer phone when they did they had a altitudes with you and would hang the phone up in your face..

I was transferred from St D to Select.After having Covid/pneumonia. I also had a trach.There was several nice staff members but there was also some very rude and cruel staff.I have been in health care for 31 years and would have never in my wildest dreams thought so many nurses and cnas could be so cruel. I cried on so many occasions because of my treatment and care. At night there were times no one was around for hours.I would press my call light and someone come in cut it off and leave. There was one cna that was very kind and when she would tell me she would be off I literally would have panic attacks. I think the name should be changed to Neglect.

do not allow your loved one to go to this facility. They are inept, will hang up on you when trying to resolve care, and are staffed by ignorant belligerent hateful people. I'm in Maryland and my mother is in their care and they're head of nursing told me quote if I cared for her I'd be down there instead of Maryland. I filed a complaint with a Mississippi health department and I'm also going to the headquarters to find another complaint regarding their care or non-care of my mother. Avoid them at all costs or have your attorneys lined up and ready to act when you do have someone in there
