Dr. Pryor is a wonderful . He has been very helpful in helping me with my issues. I recommend hi M highly. I do say that I am not a fan of his front desk. Sometimes they can be rude. But front desk staff can change.

I had seen Dr Pryor for an initial consultation. We discussed a couple solutions to my problem. I admittedly went to another Dr for a second opinion. The Dr not only agreed with Dr Pryor, he actually suggested Dr Pryor to do the surgery. Im very happy how everything turned out.

Dr Pryor and Jocelyn are the best ever!!! I was suffering with sinus disease and chronic headaches. Dr Pryor was always very kind, gentle and always throughly explained everything to me; I never felt rushed by him or his staff. When ever I had questions or concerns Jocelyn was always there to help me too. I Have gone to other ENT doctors in the area and they don't compare to the care and treatment I received with Dr Pryor, Jocelyn and Valley ENT. I had surgery for chronic sinus disease, including rhinoplasty and no longer suffer every day, I love my new nose and look very natural. I can't rave enough about my experience with Dr Pryor and his staff. Purely top notch care and out come! If your looking for the best - then Dr Pryor at Valley ENT is highly, highly recommended.

Dr. Pryor is rude and doesn’t seem as knowledgeable as he should. We were ready to take my son back for surgery and he tells us because he had a breath holding spell in the past, he wasn’t going to put him to sleep. I proceeded to tell him we’ve already looked into it with his pediatrician who said it was completely normal and sees it all the time. He told us in a very rude way that we were not changing his mind, he had never heard of it, and my pediatrician didnt know what he was talking about!

Trusting Dr. Shepherd Pryor with my most recent parotidectomy (removal of tumor on the parotid gland) was the best decision I have ever made. Do not waist your time looking around and getting second or third opinions, he is THE MAN!! Dr. Pryor is very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. The result of his work is amazing and I could not be happier!! The recovery period is different for everyone but I found mine to be extremely quick with little to no pain at all!! What I found in very few medical professionals in my past but LOVED with Dr Pryor is that he made sure I had all the answers I needed to understand the process, and made me feel comfortable, reassured and all without my even having to ask the questions!!
