My mother-in-law fell and broke her ribs. Dr. Patel prescribed some patches for the pain. The insurance (of course) would not pay without a physician's approval. The people at Dr. Patel's office were happy to leave an old lady in pain because "she was the only one there and was very busy." If you can not afford adequate staff then why are you offering services. Basically my mother-in-law suffers to save Patel some money.That is not right.
