Well I visited the Dr & after I left out the room I forgot to get an excuse for work so I asked the nurse for one well that led to a big blow up not only did they not fax like they said they did I went into office to get one well the nasty office manger told me they already faxed that in I said can I get another job didn’t get so she said well I can make a copy to give to u I said well I need to another apt to see the dr well she says your chart says don’t come back til like 8 weeks I said I need to see him bfr that well I’m sorry we not be able to see u I said y not she says well we’re full til after then so they finally made me apt to see the dr but while I was there oh the nurses felt the need to come to stand in the hall & have a full conversation about how me & office manger disagreement while they had office full of patients I did meet back with the dr for the reason I needed to see him & did address the issue of every one in the office discussing what had took place I didn’t enjoy the staff very rude & especially his nurse Taylor

He restored my confidence when I had a history of bad experience with my last orthopedic doctors. I just suffered for over eight years, untreated. Dr. Burgess is skilled, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, caring, easy to talk to and takes the time to really listen. I thank God that a fall lead me to this doctor and this clinic. The whole staff is kind and courteous, but this doctor would shine brightly no matter where he is located. I hope we can keep him here in Mississippi.

I saw Dr. Derrick Burgess at the South Central Orthopedics clinic in Laurel MS for procedures on my left and right hand for carpal tunnel. Yes it was trying and a little painful, but truly worth it. Dr. Burgess didn't excellent job. He is very friendly polite kind patient and does his job extremely well. I would like to encourage anyone that need this procedure done seek out Dr Burgess at the South Central Orthopedics Clinic.
