ISA, Inverness Surgical Associates, is spacious, clean and quiet. The staff are always pleasant and attentive to details. Dr. Hegarty is interesting and thoroughly competent.

Dr. Hegarty has a manner that puts one at ease right away. I went to him with severe abdominal pain that two other doctors and many tests were unable to diagnose. Upon hearing my symptoms, Dr. Hegarty suspected gallbladder, ordered a simple ultrasound, confirmed it was loaded with stones, and scheduled me for surgery 3days later. Other than slight post-op soreness, my pain is gone completely. Thank you Dr. Hegarty! Also, the n urses and office staff were all wonderful.

Dr Hegerty saved my life. I am positive. When I went into cardiac arrest, he never gave up on this old 77 year old lady. He knew I still had stuff on my bucket list that needed to be done. He is an excellent doctor and has a very good staff that does everything possible to make your visit painless. So lucky I have them.
