Dr. Cline is MARVELOUS! He is kind, patient, comforting, gentle, respectful, explains everything thoroughly, and does great work. Highly recommended!
Fantastic staff and doctor! Very good bedside manner, he listened to all of my concerns, and was very thorough. 5 stars!
Dr. Hutcherson is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. His nurse Heather was awesome. There was an issue with billing but it was quickly resolved with the sweetest lady in the billing department. I would recommend them. My husband also saw Dr. Hutcherson and really liked him!
Everyone was great. The receptionist thru the assistants and of course the Doctors were all friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend Blue Ridge ENT and
I gave this condescending and impertinent place a one star because I do not have an option to give them a negative star. I do not suggest this place to anyone regardless if you have insurance or not. They are driven ONLY by money and not by results. They do not intend to help their patients find answers nor do they figure out why their new patients were recommended by their primary physicians in the first place.A summary of my horrible experience at this place. My son was sent here to follow up with an ongoing hearing test failure. He has had problems passing hearing test since after his initial test at birth. Over the years the nurses would test his hearing several times and he would eventually hear what was expected. However, this last time he did not pass any of the hearing test, and it concerned us. We were sent here for a more in-depth study. The check in process was super long even though there were very few people in the building (based on the few cars in the lot). I paid the co-pay as normal. The testing portion lasted all of 10 mins. The intern assigned to provide the results told us she did not know. Then another doctor I had never met and still have not been introduced to walked in. He told me my sons results were inconsistent (as I stated above) and told me he does not have a hearing issue AT ALL. He told my son that he needs to tell his mother the truth, asking him “is that what you’re telling your teachers?”. He berated him ☹. After explaining the history to him, he still suggested we go to a behavioral analyst for his lies. I was baffled, considering my son is a straight A+ student, all advance classes, no real behavior issues in school or home in all his 12 years of life. Also, the fact that I know my son was not lying the day he was born nor was he lying during the past 12 yearly checkups I have taken him to. He was very belittling to us both and dismissed us while I was in mid-sentence. This truly upset my son because he could not understand why the doctor would say he is lying. This appointment in total latest 45 mins MAX.After leaving the office, I called my doctors office and informed them of the results and beratement. The scheduler was aware of past actions with Blue Ridge ENT & Plastic Surgery: Courville Timothy MD 2321 Atherholt Rd, Lynchburg, VA and suggested a highly recommended MD in Charlottesville VA. We made an appointment and left the horrible day behind us. A month or so later I receive a very rude phone call about an $80 remaining fee. I told them I wish to dispute the remaining balance while I get a second opinion and second experience as to how a “Specialized” doctor will approach our unique situation. She said in order to dispute the amount, I will have to provide them results and findings from the second doctor. I will say I was not as friendly when I informed her of our privacy rights. Of course, the coronavirus hit, and our initial appointment was rescheduled. We have an appointment for next month, but I received notification from a lawyer today over the $80 past due amount that they never worked for. Further confirming their lack of interest in the true concern of a 12-year-old boy with a definite fading hearing issue. And to this day no one has ever suggested a reevaluation or add’l info from our physician to confirm or better understand his hearing issue. In conclusion, please understand this is not about $80 because believe me I will pay that four times over to understand and help correct my son’s issue. This has to do with the dismissive manner in which they handled our entire experience from the lack of welcome in the lobby, lack of understanding of a new patients history, lack of testing, lack of listening to the patient or the parent, to the complete disrespect when collecting the minimal remaining balance. I just simply want to get to the bottom of my son fading hearing loss. I'm not usually a complainer but this is warranted. To B.R.E.N.T. & P.S. - Did you forget your "mission" somewhere along the way?
My appointment was several years ago, but I was remembering how wonderful he was to me when I was overly concerned about a medical issue. He gave me a thorough exam and told me I was fine. What a relief and a comfort. I will always be grateful for his kindness.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
