Overcharged when I told nurse and doctor that if they could not help to refer me. Dr. Crawford chose to charge me for nothing. Total waste of time.

Dr. Chen is a wonderful doctor who takes his time to find out what is really wrong. He is very knowledgeable and has very kind and friendly bedside manner. I can tell that he truly cares and has a passion for his work.

Dr. Chen gets a 5 star plus from me BUT the other doctor they set me up with Dr. Crawford gets a 1 and that's because I waited too long for medical care. When you have vertigo, you need help immediately, so when I finally left without seeing this doctor, people were sitting around a desk chit-chatting. I was in a small room and it was spinning but they were in no hurry to assist me. The check in nurse was very caring and professional and that is the only good thing I can say. Upon leaving, the clerk said "have a nice day". How can you have a nice day when you've just wasted time at a place where you were treated as if you didn't matter. They honestly acted as if this is the norm for them not give a damn. I have insurance and money. From now on, if I can't see Dr. Chen or Dr. Green in Gludstadt I won't see any of their "generic" doctors. Oh yes, I have no problem giving my name. I write reviews in the good and the bad. I am so disappointed in this office. It use to be a great place. Nothing but excuses. No follow through on anything. 45 min wait to get a lab today.

I came into this clinic in severe pain. The staff and doctor were very attentive and listened to me, sincerely. You rarely find people anymore who try to help and do a very thorough excellent job with patience and compassion. So grateful to have found this place.

Walked in at 11:30 with my adult daughter in distress due to a headache and vomiting, and was told “No patients 20 minutes before Dr. Chen’s lunch break.” The waiting room was empty. The pediatrician down the hall took a look at her and neurologically tested. It was a migraine, thankfully, but the lack of concern from Dr. Chen’s office during normal business hours was truly disheartening. We will not be back. There are several walk-in options in the area where the providers have compassion. This is not one of them.

I have walked in and met with Dr. Chen several times. Besides the short wait time, if any, Dr. Chen does an excellent job of getting the information he needs from you...asking questions and listening to you...but he describes and discusses with you what is going on, what options there are, plus how and why he's treating you a certain way. Outstanding!

Johnston is a fraud. Seriously, if you value your life/mental health you will avoid at all cost. It's absurd they call themselves a Christian Dr.
