Courteous knowledable skilled staff. Haley Tasmine
Karen and Arica were absolutely amazing at checking me in and out ... very professional and super sweet. Then, Dr. Keith was everything you could ask for.. she listened, asked questions, and spent time with me to figure out what was wrong and the best course of action. Awesome group of people!
Very polite and professional group of people. Dr. Johnston was quite a breath of fresh air with his genuine interest in my particular health matter. Consequently I am compelled to rate my overall experience as highly as possible.
Dr Black at Baptist Medical Clinic told me he could refill allergy prescription each year without a visit which cost $45 each visit. Unfortunately, they only honored this once in 6 months. Update: I just saved $45 and hours of time by using my free teledoc option. Took less than 5 minutes!
I recommend going elsewhere.
As patients of Premiere Baptist Clinic for years I was attempting to find a Baptist clinic that is open on Saturdays to get my husband's busted lip sutured. Finding most of the clinics closed on Saturdays I settled first on this one which turned out to be a lost cause. I was informed that since he was not a patient of that clinic a doctor wouldn't be able to see him until Monday. It is really sad that the only option for people in Jackson proper on Saturdays is the hospital ER.
I love Dr Johnson, but trying to get a prescription refilled or discuss a medical problem by phone is a nightmare. You are not allowed to speak to a nurse. Instead, a receptionist takes the message. I had to spell the name of the medication for her. Quite unimpressive, it really leaves a bad first impression and does not inspire confidence of the patient.. Usually have to make an average of 3 call to get any action from that nurse. Wish they’d consider getting more nurses, so this wasn’t a recurring problem. If they don’t fix the problem soon, I’ll find another doctor, even though I really like him. Another complaint I have is that received a letter telling me I had an appointment on a certain day and time for follow up. I find that just flat audacious to schedule me without consulting me. Medicine is supposed to be mutually agreed upon, not something you are assigned like a choir child. Sadly, the day of a good doctor with a great efficient staff, and good personal service must be over. Or at least they are at this clinic
I rarely do a review but Arica did a great job greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome. Keep hiring more people like her Baptist.
Excellent service. New patient visit took less than couple hours--not bad compared to some clinics I've been to. Dr. Pullen and the nurses were very helpful and friendly and offered useful advice on my current health. I felt like they weren't trying to rush me out the door--and they were careful to listen to my concerns regarding billing. I'm sure plenty of us are familiar with the horror of incorrect medical billing. That's more stressful than the illness most of the time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
