They are just awful, our insurance did not covered my daughter’s hepa B test, Hepb vaccination, tb test and vaccination because they put the reason for school and not for preventive care. We are bill almost 400 dollars. Bunch of greedy people esp. NP Erin Curran. Wont be coming there anymore.

My husband and I have been patients here for a few years I'm embarrassed to say we haven't changed providers sooner. The lack of sincere patient care is unbelievable. It takes DAYS to receive any type of correspondence if you can get one at all. The young woman that answers the phone is the most caring person in the clinic. She has always gone above and beyond. Getting refills on medication is a joke. The whole experience has become nothing but an assembly line.

My daughter was diagnosed with the flu on 03/13/2022. She’s 14 and I wanted her to take the 2 pill 1 day treatment but her insurance wouldn’t cover that. The pharmacy and myself have been trying for almost 2 days to get this updated. The NP, Dana Roberts seems to be taking her time calling in the Tamiflu so my child can get to feeling well. This is just unacceptable!

Yes, they may be super busy (90% Covid Vac) however with an appointment I was in and out within 40 minutes. No bull. That appointment, gained thru the app was obtained not even 30 minutes before. Wow, that is service.

Dr Black at Baptist Medical Clinic told me he could refill allergy prescription each year without a visit which cost $45 each visit. Unfortunately, they only honored this once in 6 months.

They keep getting my insurance wrong and charged me for services that the insurance company supposedly didn't pay but the insurance company said I never owed them anything. The doctors are ok but obviously don't care what their staff is doing.

The Doctors Nurses and Staff were very helpful all of my medical issues were dealt with professionally. Compared to some of the other local clinics this place was way above and beyond what I have previously experienced. Thanks!!
