Ralph Vance's Online Review Report Card

dr. Vance and staff are great. They have worked with me for years for my back/neck issues. The bad reviews about nicotine, codeine, etc., are not the clinic’s fault. Regulations and laws for pain meds have become ridiculously strict in response to recreational drug user deaths. It used to be very easy — which was a problem, and now the pendulum has swung completely the other way and have made everything super strict. All pain clinics are in the same boat. I talked to Dr. V about this, and he said it’s becoming more and more difficult to provide care for pain patients who need it because of the very strict rules now. They are really good at what they do — you just have to really make sure you aren’t taking anything narcotic without their knowledge and ok.

I have been bringing my mom to this facility 2 to 3 years and it has been wonderful until yesterday there have been a lot of employee changes in the front and billing office and the ladies that they have now are very rude very insensitive very uncaring. Needless to say we will not be back I’m not sure if the doctor in this facility knows what’s going on hopefully someone will read this review because it is definitely not worth the trip to see the doctor because of the people that are greeting you now.

Very good at what he does he actually looks at your medical records and goes from there i really appreciate him for stepping up in being a pain management dr.

So I just received a call saying that they can no longer see me as a patient because I still have nicotine in my system. I quit the cigarettes and was using the nicotine gum. Dr. Vance and Mrs. Jones were very fair and gave me time plenty of time to try to quit chewing the gum and gave me notices about what would happen if I didn’t quit. I was not strong enough and so I let them down and me as well but everyone was always nice and professional. The office was always clean and they actually listened to everything I wanted to talk to them about. I would definitely recommend Comprehensive Health to anyone and I really appreciated the quality healthcare that I received!

The staff is so understanding. They are so caring and helpful. They really have been great to me. Kellie Wathins, NP is who I see and she really cares for about her patients. I don't know what I'd do without her. She is great. So if you need a Pain Mangement Doctor this is where you need to go!

Dr. Vance is absolutely among the best in this field of medicine. He personally told me once during a Ketamine treatment visit ,”I just don’t want to see people hurting.” His heart is in the right place. He’s not out to just get rich. He is very reasonably priced and tells me often,”I’m not here to just take your money. “ he’s an Excellent physician and a caring individual. If you are honest and upfront, he can work miracles.

Dr. Vance is an excellent physician. He has designed a treatment plan to help manage my pain that works great for me. He is knowledgeable and he listens. I have a better quality of life thanks to Dr. Vance.
