I would give Capital Ortho and Dr. McCraney ten stars if possible. I was at the Madison office for this visit. Everyone I came in contact with from reception, to x-ray, to the nurse, doctor and PT was professional but friendly. I could tell Dr. McCraney had read my file from a visit four years earlier. He inquired and listened patiently to me explain what my current problem was; but because he was prepared, he was able to quickly diagnose and treat the current issue. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Also, it was easy to make an appointment. My issue wasn’t urgent; but had I not wanted to go to the Madison office to see him, I could have had an appointment quicker. Nothing but great things to say about Dr. McCraney and Capital Ortho, both locations.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I was able to see Dr McCraney within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Dr McCraney explained exactly what my problem was and the what the options are to treat.
