The staff and nurses are most informative, who take their time to listening pand make you feel like you are important. The doctors are very good and caring. I will make them my first choice in my health care and my grandsons. Their easy Kiosk chuckian is very nice. The only thing I see that they do not have. Would be amazing benefit to have a patient portal. Where all our information goes like blood work, vitals, instructions, it would be a great help so incase we forgot something we can go to our portal. ***Bonus would possibly save on paper waist and nurses time etc.

I made an appointment thinking that it would cut down on my waiting time, it did not. When I arrived at the clinic I was #1 in line and there was only 1 other person in the waiting room and it still took over 40 minutes just to go to the back to be seen. Once I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner, who was very thorough and great bedside manner, then it was only a matter of minutes before I was out. If they could just work on the wait time, that would be the only thing that would need to be adjusted.

Do not come here. I was told if I paid 75$ that it would cover the full visit and I would not be responsible for anything thereafter. I paid the 75$ upfront for the visit and today received a text message that I have a 228$ balance for my visit on 12/22.. So DO NOT come here unless you are okay with "surprise" bills out of the blue. I am part of a med student cohort here and will be sure to inform our group and hospital staff to not attend here. Go to the other urgent cares in town if needed b/c this place is a scam.
