Once the doctor is finished with you and you need your paperwork please don’t rely on Stephanie, Evan’s Secretary you will never received it and she get you off the phone by telling you she call back And even when giving her the information she ask she still says I will contact you give me your number but you will never get a call back or your paperwork and Evan’s is such great doctor

I liked him before when I didn’t really have medical issues and was coming for annual checkups even left him a good review, but when I started developing a problem that was unclear and not textbook he said it’s all anxiety, seemed not to care to help me. Wasn’t responsive to my messages nor cared to investigate or guide me through a scary process of finding of what the issue was. I had to go somewhere else.

He was an hour late. Arrogant and condescending. Suggested I take a stress test which cost me hundreds of dollars. He never followed up with me to go over test results even after I left messages including one that was escalated. I do not recommend. He was the only doctor who I could see in the near future at Northwestern. It tells me he doesn’t have a lot of regular patients. I can see why.

Staff were very kind and professional. Wait time was short. Dr. Evans was very thorough throughout the entire visit. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Evans, T. Ruffin, and A. Williams!

Great bedside manner. Presents confidence and intelligent thoughtful knowledge and process to get the answers, diagnosis and treatment we needed.

Dr. Evans is a very friendly down to earth doctor. They only problem is his office manager Marilyn that started arguing with my Health Insurance about paying a $125.00 up front fee before the stress test. I was covered 100% and no need for me to bring in the cash. Told my health insurance it is a office policy, but it's really about money. I cancelled my appointment and went to another doctor.
