Dr. Mckeiver is great! Staff is warm and welcoming. My surgery was done so professionally that I had minimum pain afterwards. Highly recommend for good care. 😊

I have been a patient of Dr. McKiever's since he began his practice in Meridian and he followed my pregnancy and delivered my baby. He and his staff have taken excellent care of me through the years. Just a great physician! Four of my family members also go to Dr. McKiever and feel the same way.

This doctor is acting as a primary physician for Medicare patients claiming to do their yearly "Medicare Wellness" exams. He is a gynecologist and is ripping Medicare off by entitling himself to receive this payment. In turn, these Medicare patients are going to their true "Primary" physicians for this yearly Medicare wellness visit and when all is said and done Medicare has had two "Medicare Wellness" Claims for this year on this patient. The patients then has to pay out-of-pocket on this visit to the primary physican because of this doctor claiming this. It happened to me. When I called them I was told to have my primary physician "change the code " that was used. Duh!! So I was left to pay $215.00 to my over due account. Please go over your Medicare papers. I know of many others he has done this to. BE AWARE!!!!!

Unbelievably antiquated. Arrived twenty minutes early to fill out a mountain of paper forms. Twenty minutes after my appointment time, I was called to the front desk and told they couldn't file my insurance until they had my husband's social security number. I didn't have it and he was in a meeting. I asked them to call the insurance company and confirm benefits and I would call when my husband was available with his social. The receptionist asked me if I could text him. What part of he is in a meeting did she not understand. So, wasted 40 mins over a clerical issue they could have simply resolved with a phone call to the insurance company. If that is their idea of customer service, I will find another doctor. But I suppose that is the problem with healthcare these days - they don't think they are in the business of providing customer service. Well, I have a choice. And I will not choose them!
