She took me on in Jackson while I was pregnant and dumped me at 7 months, supposedly because of her insurance. Said she was going to be refunding my money but moved.

She is caring and concerned and very professional. She has delivered both of my babies and did a great job. She is very personal and spends time with you each time addressing your concerns. The wait time is lengthy, but worth the wait.

Dr.Trest is the best she delivered my daughter n 04 n then in 06 discovered I was type 1 diabetic , then n 2013 she delivered my son . I could have not ever asked for a better Dr. than she is she is amazing n i recommend her to everyone . U couldn't ask for anyone more kind n loving to her patients. ..

I would recommend Dr Trest to anyone! She has great bedside manner and she listens to me and my concerns. She is very theoro, leaving no stone unturned. Her staff is professional and kind and that alone means a lot! Most office staff act like they would rather be anywhere but work but not Dr Trest office they seem to enjoy what they do and it shows. Her office feels like a spa and not a doctors office and to me that is great because I don't like going to the doctor at all!!!

Dr Trest is very professional and understanding. She goes out of her way to make sure that I am getting the care I need. I would recommend her to anyone. The facility does not feel like a doctors office and the staff are so friendly, kind, and professional. On some occasions the wait maybe longer but I went to a OBGYN in the past and she did not listen to anything and I was out in 40 minutes, and ended up finding my problem did not need to be ignored. Paid a price for that short wait!

Dr. Trest has been my OB/GYN for the past 13 years. I have followed her from Meridian to Vicksburg to Jackson and back to Meridian. Once you get a doctor that is as personable as she is you will drive any distance to remain her patient. She is by far one of the best doctors in the area and I put my complete trust in her when it comes to my health.

Dr Trest is a great dr!! Just had a baby and I was very impressed the entire 9 months how caring and concerned she was for me and my sweet baby. She mayb was a bit rushed at times but if I had a question she would gladly discuss it with me. She's the perfect mix of professional/caring. I would highly recommend her.

I recently went to Dr. Trest's office for pain. It was obvious that in order to have full insight an ultrasound would have to be done for an accurate diagnosis. The appointment scheduler felt it was necessary to schedule the appointment on a day the technician was there as well. When I arrived, the front desk asked me for 500.0 towards my deductible and stated that my ultrasound would also require an additional 490.00. I knew that my insurance hadn't been verified based on the information because my deductible is 500.00 and monies had already been paid towards the amount. So I left. I got in my car and I received a phone call from Dr. Trest's office while I was on the phone with the insurance company. The scheduler was asking me to come back because I only needed to pay my 20.00 co-pay. I also told her that ultrasounds, xrays, and labs were covered at a 100 percent. The office manager would not call to verify the information just continuing the appointment so the practice would get paid from the insurance company for this halfa## medical care. I called the insurance company from my phone showed the doctor I was covered under multiple medical sections. The Dr stated that we won't do the ultrasound unless we know we are getting paid!! She also stated she didn't trust what the insurance company was saying only HER office manager because that's what she did for years before being her office manager. I understand getting paid but WTH did you call me back into the office if you were worried about your money. In addition to scamming the insurance company for a few dollars that day, at your appointment you are called into a office alone and asked a long FBI panel of INTRUSIVE and INVASIVE questions such as your children's name and how old were your family members when they died. I left the appointment ashamed and tired it took my whole afternoon. --needless to say, I went to a very nice practice in the area where the office manager can read and verifies insurance coverage prior to your appointment.

Condescending. Unpredictable personality - sometimes patient & concerned but generally rushed & cold. Appears to care far more about money than people. Very dissatisfied.
