I have just started seeing Dr Duggan.He seems to be a very good Dr. and really knows what he is doing for his patients. The only thing I wish he would do Is take a little more time to explain my condo to me. It is new to me and of course I’m nervous about everything. But I trust him as my Dr. and the rest will come. I will recommend Dr.Duggan to anyone!

Dr. Duggan has been my doctor for eight years. With my condition of Pulmonary Hypertension and Diabetes, he has taken such good care of me, I will be forever be grateful for him. I agree, he is the very BEST!!!

Dr. D is the best, he was able to diagnose my problem on the first visit and get my treatment started immediately. He answered all my questions in terminology I was able to understand. Thanks Dr. D.

told me nothing about my condition & acted like it wasn't my business when I asked. I am extremely easy going & hard to anger but he came close to being told some things. I know I caused my lung problems but if it weren't for people like me, he'd be eating bologna for supper like me.

After several visits to Dr. Duggan with the same problem, a procedure was scheduled with another Dr. and Dr. Duggan. He changed his diagnosis over the weekend. I did my pre-op on Tuesday. The procedure was scheduled for Thursday. He canceled the procedure with the other doctor on Monday. The other doctor thought that Dr. Duggan would call me and explain why the procedure was scheduled. The other doctor called me immediately and apologized. When I called Dr. Duggan's office, I spoke to his nurse and she informed me that if I wanted to talk to Dr. Duggan I would have to make an appointment to see him. I found this to be totally uncaring and unprofessional. I didn't feel my insurance company should pay for Dr. Duggan to explain to me why he changed his diagnosis and why he canceled the procedure without notifying me.
