Went to see Dr ( and I use the term loosely) Ulmer at immediate care family clinic. I had a car accident and hurt from the top of my neck to the bottom of my spine. My doctor was not in Friday afternoon. Have also had 3 skin cancers removed in ;the last month and a half. In front of my 23 year old down syndrome daughter said he did not believe me and that I wasn't telling him the truth. It was the truth. In my opinion he should be a vet. That way when he slaps them around in the back, there won't be anyway for them to tell anyone. I told him he was out of his mind and left, and told my daughter that he was the devil, and mommy was telling the truth. She was with me in the car. Maybe he should have asked her. My total time in room was about 3 minutes with no exam of any sort. I realize some people might want party favors for the weekend, I was not that case

His bedside manner is lacking, no eye contact, mumbling, little communication.. Said he would be right back and never came back.. He prescribed the wrong medicine to my daughter and prescribed antibiotics that were unnecessary.. Horrible experience.. Will never see him again

Dr. Ulmer has been our family doctor for over 15 years.. He is a great diagnostic physician. He has an kind bedside manner and takes his time to listen. He is very thorough and will refer you to a specialist if needed.
