I was new to the area. Dr Alexander was recommended to me. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Alexander was very personable and we were in sync regarding my treatment. Wait time wasn’t any longer than other doctors that I use. She spent all the time that I needed to review my symptoms and illness. She wasn’t rushed, I appreciated that.

Dr Alexander is super sweet and spends a lot of time listening and answering questions. She loves to teach and works very hard to keep her patients out of the hospital. Her staff, Darla, the nurse, and Logan are great too. Always helpful on phone and very compassionate when you are worried about something. I highly recommend this practice

2 hr wait - never addresses issues I bring to the table. Runs test that are absolutely unnecessary. Needless to say - finding a new physican!

I was admitted to hospital for extremely high blood pressure. She was treating me for diabetes and i have never been a diabetic. I am 74 years old, have had heart attack and stent, Hypertension, COPD and kidney disease. In a lot of pain. She called in every doctor she could think of and ended up having upper scope. Put me on multiple medications like Trazadone and Neurontin. A lot worse when I left the hospital. Would not recommend her. Thanks!!

Wait too long in waiting room and treatment room. Even though she seemed professional in the beginning, she raised her voice and was rude to the patient before end of visit. Patient said she thought she would have another major stroke before leaving. Needless to say this patient will not be returning!!!

Extremely rude to patients by being consistently EXTREMELY late - over an hour - when she is clearly in the office but taking her own sweet time.

have an appointment,it's aweful to have to wait hour's just to get in to see the patient room. you complain they will bring you in just to have to await few hour's in the patient room not better doctor does not have your correct record's in your folder so 2-3 months to get in,then you find issues go on deaf ears ,because she can't find your record's,old staff new staff doesnt matter same issues same doctor differant day,month ,year her mother,hosp visites over book her reasonse.my faulth? NO
