Dr. Casell is not someone I would recommend. In my opinion it is definitely worth driving a few hours out of town to see other cancer doctors.
i love this dr...nice caring willing to listen and go the extra mile...couldnt ask better for a doc
Dr. Cassell is the best doctor I've dealt with, he is listening with care and he is knowledgably has always been a precious resource to tell me what I am going through, he made feel that my breast cancer is a very simple disease and encourage me to fight it really easy,
Dr. Cassell treats the total patient, not just the patients cancer. His up to date medical knowledge, His positive approach, and His professional, experienced, and caring staff keep us running towards victory!
Sharp young doctor with passion about his profession. I feel that Dr Cassell is spot on in diagnosing the cancer and the right amount of chemo to treat the cancer. What Jackson Oncology is missing is how to keep patients alive between treatments of chemo and how to reduce the problems of post chemo.. The battle does not end when chemo is over, and these doctors need to know how to keep you alive in between treatments when electolytes drop. And when cancer is over and your T is so low you can hardly function, they need to know what to do. Dr Cassell is my 5th oncologist, and all of my oncologist in this state are the same. There goal seems to be to take care of the cancer but really don't factor in the quality of your life after you beat the cancer. ex. Periphial Neuropathy permenant, Low T.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
