These people never return calls.My sister in law has been without her sezier medication for almost a month.I have called and called and sometime I get a answering machine and sometime it just keeps ringing.I left msgs on the machine no call back. The pharmacy even called and faxed nothing..If she has a sezier we are suing.

The receptionist are the worst on the 2nd floor for Dr Ahmad including the nurse and whoever else every time i go up here it’s always something and they never want to see me they find anyway to pretty much tell me NO I’m super upset and frustrated i just want to be seen so that i know that I’m okay from having brain surgery but i refuse to go back to them then DANA did not believe me when i said i never received any thing in the mail from them about rescheduling my appointment i even called and

I don’t recommend this place for anyone clearly they are unorganized and on top of all that i drive 3 hours to come see them since my neurosurgeon dr Alexander is no longer with them it’s just too much stuff I’m aggravated!!

I can't believe the news I recieved today from Dr Amhads nurse Roxanne..that Dr Amhad discharged me in November. Of course she couldn't tell me the reason, then said it was administration. It is because of a comment I made about my experience. Isn't that what this is? I only told the truth 100% facts that can't be changed. I do not feel I should be discharged because of his staffs negligence. But I will always be greatful & thankful for Dr Amhad himself. Thank you. ps. This system??? Really..?

I wish I had asked around before I saw this man. Gave me no guidance for recovery. Did unneeded, irrelevant tests. Didn't seem to care if I got better or not.

Staff was very courteous, appointment was about 1 hour behind. Staff was very helpful and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. After test he explained the results of the test.Would use again if and when needed.
