Friendly staff, clean, spaceous.

Completely nasty. In dire need of proper maintenance and janitorial services. Severe dust, AC filter stopped up, room and bathroom had evidence of fecal matter stains and blood. These rooms are NOT sanitary. I will be contacting VA to allow them to see evidence of these conditions considering this facility is trusted with the care of our veterans. This place is a disgrace to the well-being of the sick and elderly.

I had a horrible experience with this place! My family member was here less than 24 hours & had to be sent to the ER for emergency surgery! I regret ever trusting them with his care & wish I would've just brought him home to begin with & taken care of him myself, like I've been doing since he was discharged from the hospital.Their rating would be much much lower if they didn't have so many employees on here giving 5* to generate a higher rank.

This is NOT a rehabilitation facility. This is a nursing home. The nurses are not very friendly and my family member was injured by the staff which required surgery to correct their mistake. Do not leave your loved ones here that can’t speak for themselves!!!

Singing River Health and Rehabilitation is a very old run down nursing home. I can’t believe they are able to call themselves a rehabilitation facility. They are very short staffed and the staff are not trained very well and they are very unfriendly. I observed several potentially life threatening events occur while visiting. I would not recommend that you put your family here without checking this place out first. Their website pictures looks nothing like this place really does.

Choosing the right facility to look after a loved one that may need round the clock medical care or assisted living in their golden years can be a difficult decision to make. Allow me to help you just a little by crossing this horrible facility OFF of your list of places to send your family member!!

Great place to work!

I have been an associate for almost 30 years now. Through the years I have seen numerous people come and go. The therapy department is one of the best. The nursing staff good. I myself have had 5 family members in here. One would come back today but to keep her next to family she is in another one of our facilities up north MS. Us as staff try our best to give the best care we can. I’ve seen several bad reviews which upsets me. One of them I know for a fact is not true. But all I can say is there is 2 sides to every story. Your only seeing one side. During this Covid epidemic where families are unable to see their loved ones on a regular basis it makes it harder on the residents. I’ve seen this staff go above and beyond at times to cheer these men and women up. Music, dancing, joking with them. Bringing in little happies for them. Because we know it’s hard for them during this time. This is our second home. These residents are our families. There is good and bad everywhere you go. I have been in all of the nursing homes on the coast. But I feel we are one of the best. I wouldn’t think twice about putting my loved one in here.
