We had a great experience with this hospital. My husband was admitted into the hospital on 12/05 and discharged on 12/24. They took very good care of him and were very helpful and caring. The staff here had compassion and took special care of him. Dr Roten is one of the best there is. He made sure to take care of my husband and even went the extra mile to show up on his day off because he was concerned and cared for the well being of my husband. He Remembers his patients and is very helpful at explaining things. He is very passionate about his work and i respect and appreciate that greatly.

I have had my outstanding medical bill paid for since early 2022, yet the outstanding balance still appears on my Baptist chart??? When you call and go thru the prompts, you cannot speak to a human being and their mailbox is full for 4 days now. That is NOT providing good service to your patients.

One of the nicest staffed hospitals I have been in or to. I had cataract surgery today and was very pleased !!! I would like to give a shot out to the sweet nurse who came back after some time away and had her first day with me!! YOU STILL HAVE IT!! Again thank you although a little cold for me ha it was great!!
