I was seeing Dr. Griffin for years and he moved so I was nervous about seeing Dr.Hand today, but I really liked him. He listened to me and didn’t try to push anything on me.

Dr Hicks The nurses and receptionist are great they make sure that you have everything before you leave and they are very friendly.

Terrible service. Lost my medical records from the previous year. The nurse practitioner is very rude and uneducated. Don’t waste your time. I won’t be back

I had an appointment at 3:15 pm and didn’t see the Doctor until 5. They weren’t busy either. This was my first and last visit because the Doctor “Griffin” didn’t listen to a word I said or asked. He spent all of his time writing a book in my file in the computer.I had Cancer at 30 and due to the treatment I ended up being diagnosed with fibromyalgia when I was 35. I was diagnosed 10 years ago and Lyrica has been a miracle for me. He insisted it be reduced to 100 mg twice a day and add Cymbalta. Why???? Because he says Lyrica is addicting. Well... if I was addicted, I wouldn’t have weaned myself off 18 months ago from 300 mg 4x a day and suffered for over a year. Then suggested to my doctor to only put me back in 150 mg twice a day. And this was working good for me over the last 6 months until recently. I know when I need it adjusted... Dr. Griffin absolutely refused and reduced it by 100 mg a day... stating the Cymbalta will make up the difference. We see.I was also trying to ask him about some other things and was blown off or told inaccurate information which I was completely confused about and had to figure it all out on my own. He did not clarify much. I asked for a blood test (that was suggested by the NP in their sister office) for cancer count... never happened and I also asked for a new script for epinephrine pens because mine are long expired... I didn’t get them either. So, obviously he did not even read the nurses notes.If you have health issues, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. SEE A “REAL” DOCTOR!!!!Fed up with wasting $ to see doctors who just want to collect ya $$$I AM NOT SOME DOCTOR SHOPPER FOR PILLS. ALTHOUGH IT SEEMS WE GOT TO SUFFER AT THE HANDS THAT ARE!!!!

Had an appointment for 1:30. Arrived at 1:12 and signed in. I realize it is common to have to wait 20-30 minutes for appointments because things do happen and previous appointments can go longer than expected or other patients show up a few mins late. I get it. However, having to wait, currently I am at the two hour mark, is completely unexceptable! Absolutely ridiculous. Front desk says it's because they are over booked and already booking appointments for the first week of April. That's crap. When I signed in, she acted as if I did not have an appointment when I know for a fact that I called and specifically spoke with her about different days and had to schedule for a day when my medication had already been out for two weeks. She says she sorry, well no, no your not sorry because this doesn't effect you in the slightest. Your gonna be here till 5 o'clock anyway! So no it doesn't matter to you that I'm waiting for over two hours for your screw up. Dr. Griffin and his nurse are great but the front desk staff are completely ridiculous. Time to find a new Dr. 😡😡😡😡

Why have an appointment if u are gonna be there for hours?
